Incentive Pay in Fundraising: The State of the Profession
This session shares the latest information on fundraisers working under incentive pay arrangements. We will explore the types of arrangements under which fundraisers work, their prevalence and peers' feelings about performance-based compensation. Data for the session, which was recently gathered through a national survey for university level research, will leave attendees more informed on the state of fundraiser pay and more thoughtful about their own compensation arrangements.
