Campaign Leadership: Help or Hindrance, It's Up to You

This session provides information on recruiting cabinet members to work most effectively for your campaign. Job descriptions and responsibilities for your campaign cabinet members are paramount in the successful completion of your campaign in a timely manner. When this select group of individuals is properly trained and they understand their role, the life of the campaign is shorter and more productive. As with any volunteer, each one’s level of commitment to your project will be different, you must learn how to work with each individual to provide the most value to your campaign activities.
