Get to Know the Hartsook Team
Hartsook Vice President Geoff Burns has led several Scout troops both as a camp director and as a leader for his son's Scout troop. Prior to his work with Hartsook, he honed his advocacy, managerial and fundraising expertise as the founder of Burns & Associates, specializing in nonprofit structure, operations and startups. He brings a long history of community service, religious philanthropy and environmental stewardship to the Hartsook team. He also served as Executive Director for the Geneva Hills Camp and retreat center and is the author of Rescuing the Mission. Geoff has a BS in Environmental Science from Valparaiso University and an MBA from Salem International University. He is working on his Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Management with Capella University.
