Mr. Alexander enjoys a long history as a senior executive in finance and industry and currently leads the private investment firm that bears his name. He sits on the International Advisory Board of the Universiteit Nyendrode Business College of The Netherlands. He also is a member of the Board of Trustees of Avila College and Board of Regents of Rockhurst University, as well as a member of the Board of Truman Medical Center and the Harry S. Truman Library Institute. He served as Honorary Consul for The Netherlands from 1968 to 1992.

Dr. Hayes focuses on leadership and team development, team merger assessment and facilitation, and executive coaching. Before forming The Hayes Group, he was the Associate Dean of the Babcock Graduate School of Management at Wake Forest University. As a writer, he is best known for his book on motivation, "The Belief System: The Secret to Motivation and Improved Performance." Dr. Hayes sits on both the Corporate and Advisory Board of Directors for Hartsook Companies, Inc.

Mr. Kohn practices corporate, business and banking law, concentrating on acquisitions, financial transactions, banking and public finance. He is a member of the Richard and Annette Bloch Cancer Foundation and Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees at the Kansas City Art Institute. He also has served as director of Missouri Boys State and Chairman of the United Way Professional Group.

Dr. Penley is President of Colorado State University, a position he began in 2003. Previously, he served as Dean of the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, where he also served as a Professor of Management and the holder of ASU's Bob Herberger Arizona Heritage Chair. He has taught strategic and human resource management and organizational communication. Dr. Penley is Past Chair of The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business. He serves on the boards of several community organizations.

Dr. Tangeman enjoyed a 43-year career in education including 30-plus years in community college administration. He is co-founder of Dynamic Governance Associates, a consulting firm that works with boards to improve governance efficiency and effectiveness. Dr. Tangeman serves as President of the Board of Directors for the Western Kansas Community Foundation. He also has served in an advisory position with Leadership Garden City, Finney County Community Learning Center, Rotary International and more. Dr. Tangeman sits on both the Corporate and Advisory Board of Directors for Hartsook Companies, Inc.

He is past chairman of the Board of Trustees of the University of South Carolina and has been involved in civic leadership positions for organizations in the arts, education and business.
