James H. Tangeman, PhD

Dr. Tangeman enjoyed a 43-year career in education including 30-plus years in community college administration. He is co-founder of Dynamic Governance Associates, a consulting firm that works with boards to improve governance efficiency and effectiveness. Dr. Tangeman serves as President of the Board of Directors for the Western Kansas Community Foundation. He also has served in an advisory position with Leadership Garden City, Finney County Community Learning Center, Rotary International and more.
